1. Public website
The current public Waremade Systems website does not use AI to determine whether a visitor may access services, set prices, make employment decisions, make credit or insurance decisions, or otherwise make consequential decisions about visitors.
2. AI-enabled services
Waremade may design or implement AI-enabled workflows for clients where AI provides practical value, such as extraction, summarization, assistance, classification, routing, triage, or workflow support. The exact provider, data use, retention, safeguards, and human-review process depend on the specific project and are addressed in project documentation and agreements.
3. AI limitations
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unexpected output. Waremade does not represent AI output as inherently correct. Important workflows should include validation, appropriate human review, authorization controls, and a recovery path proportionate to the risk.
4. Client and personal data
We do not treat the existence of an AI feature as permission to send confidential or personal data to an AI provider. Project-specific data handling must be intentionally designed and governed by the applicable client agreement, privacy requirements, and system controls.
