This site provides general information about Waremade Systems and ways to contact us. Website content, examples, descriptions, estimates, and discussions are invitations to discuss potential work and do not create a client relationship, binding offer, warranty, or obligation to perform services. A client engagement begins only under a separate written agreement accepted by the applicable parties.
3. No guaranteed results
Technology, automation, websites, AI-enabled workflows, integrations, and operational changes depend on many factors outside Waremade's control. We do not guarantee revenue, cost savings, lead volume, conversion rates, uptime, search rankings, business outcomes, or any other specific result unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
4. No professional advice
Website content is general business and technology information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, employment, regulatory, insurance, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice when your project requires it.
5. Third-party technologies
Projects may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, AI providers, software libraries, or other services. Third parties can change pricing, features, policies, availability, or technical behavior. Waremade does not control third-party services and does not warrant their uninterrupted availability.
6. AI and automated systems
Descriptions of AI-enabled services are informational. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific use. Project-specific safeguards, human review, permitted data, and decision authority are governed by the applicable client agreement and system design. The public website itself does not currently use AI to make decisions about visitors.
7. Intellectual property
The Waremade Systems name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Waremade and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for ordinary business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or create confusingly similar branding from protected site materials except as allowed by law or written permission.
8. Information you submit
You represent that you have the right to submit information you send to us and that your submission does not unlawfully disclose another person's confidential information or infringe third-party rights. You grant Waremade permission to use your submission only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, operate the website, protect against abuse, and comply with law.

These website Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A separate client agreement may specify different or additional dispute terms.
